Search new posts since last visit..

Hi ..,
usually in such forums there's a link (or a way) to do (or display) "new posts since last visit".
so that I can list all new messages in all forums/sub-forums since my last visit.

usually the link looks like this

http://<forum-url>/forum/search.php?search_id=newposts

or

http://<forum-url>/search.php?do=getnew

is this not available in clubsnap forum or I missed it somewhere?
I see only "todays posts" and "new posts in last 24hours"

Due to the large number of new posts that are generated, the getnew function only lists posts going back about 12 hours, thus it won't really be of much use. For performance reasons, we have restricted the number of hits returned to a maximum of 500.

Even the getdaily search returns about 400+ posts (excluding Buy & Sell forums) from the last 24 hours. We intentionally restricted the search for new posts to getdaily due to the above considerations.

Right now, the New Posts dropdown menu has the following options :-

a) New Posts in last 24 hours - list all new posts for last 24 hours, excluding Buy & Sell categories.
b) New Buy & Sell posts - lists all new Buy & Sell category posts since last visit.
c) New Marketplace posts - lists all new Marketplace (Mass Sales/Mass Order, Consumers Corner, Services) since last visit.
d) New Equipment Discussion posts - lists all new Equipment Discussion posts since last visit.
e) New Photo Gallery posts - lists all new posts in the Photo Gallery since last visit.
