Standing in the middle of the road to shoot? The foreign workers crossing the streets like though it's Mumbai is already bad enough.. last thing I'm sure motorists want is a buncha photogs blocking the road..

I think bus 130 stops at Lil India itself. Maybe you can go check. More convenient that way.
