Samsung Nx 10 ?

Just to confirm, is there a M mount adapter?

nice with the 50mm lens.

Actually the 50mm is one of the MOST simplest lens to make so I don't understand why samsung don't make a 50mm f1.4 or f1.8 for NX.... They always go for the macro cum portrait lens which is not that bright and big.

I am sure a 50mm/60mm f1.8-f2 pancake will be very very very marketable. They should have seen it from how well the 30mm is selling. BRIGHT PANCAKES!!!!

.... it's a superb with the 30mm F2 lens ..and very good even with the 50-200mm..... and not forgetting that you have adapters for other systems made for the NX10. We are really spoilt for choice ..........

NX10 with the Nikon 50mm F1.4D ........ naturally ........... :)

Looks like the thread is getting more positive. I dnt knw how, maybe can someone start a samsung nx10 group n let's discuss on hw to make full use n skill to enhance our pic with our camera? I hope next time if got nx20 etc d lens are still usable

We are not talking about ranking here. I have no problem finding the whole fleet Samsung cameras in Europe and America. Maybe they know too little about good cameras than us.

Ranking a camera is not only based on resolution. there's might be other reasons why samsung is not gaining popularity despite of it's characteristics.
it might be power consumption, reliability, user interface etc.

NX10's IQ is not that bad, actually. Some random pictures of flowers..

hmmmm...is it your skill or can't i find a single sharp point at all? Except for the 3rd pic whereby there's some semblance of sharpness.

anyway, i saw this little camera on display ....Very tempted to get it since the EPL1 is kinda dis appointing to me...I still need a VF to shoot....

Tip of the Day:

When using selective focus, you can expand or reduce the size of the focus point by pressing the "OK" button and then turning the command dial.:)

There is a 60mm lens coming up:

For a street lens, 30mm is far more practical than 50mm with the 1.5x crop factor. 30mm will give you a FOV of around 46mm, which is close to the human field of view, which is perfect really.

50mm is effectively close to 75mm, which is far too close for my liking.

I am very curious to see what the 20-50mm "compact" zoom might look like. Sounds like quite a unique lens.

Well.. I have a trembling hand.

Perhaps, it's not exactly a problem of trembling hand if you are composing using the LCD instead of viewfinder. A monopod on the chin make a lot of different here. I probably couldn't notice the lizard if not of the monopod with my new Samsung SL820 viewing from Microsoft Paint's 200x magnification.

Yeah, U are right & very fast to get the update.

Samsung has announced its second mirrorless interchangeable lens camera, the NX11. This is the follow-up model of the Samsung NX10 which was launched a year ago and there are not much informations regarding what updates Samsung has added it except for the native support for i-Function lenses. The lens has a button on the its barrel to letusers change settings like exposure compensation, aperture, shutter speed, ISO and white balance. The Samsung NX11 will hit the US market in February 2011 and there is no word on its Indian arrival though.

The Samsung NX11 has a 14.6 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, Samsung NX lens mount with 1.5x crop factor, ultra compact body with refined grip, 3-inch AMOLED display with live view, electronic viewfinder with 921k dots, full manual controls, RAW support, Smart Auto mode, 15-point contrast-detect AF system, built-in flash + hotshoe and 720p HD video recording (using H.264 codec).
