If I remember correctly, some electronic devices' battery have chips embedded in the cell to exchange information/authentication and also act as the counter for charging cycle.
the MB-d200 is the d200 grip. Nothing different ! If you buy the d200 grip it comes with the AA battery tray.

What is interesting in PIC 2 is not only the DR but the different WB in front / back image as well as the building windows in the background.

As you can see the DR is doing wonders. Your can see inside the buiding all the details of the ppl doing gym.

the extra $550 for a S5 Pro is definitely worth it. It will save you hours of Photoshop work (even though I have taught both you and William PS). As for your extra EL-EN3e, you can sell them away cheap.

Perhaps you can show us photos taken with the S5Pro and another DSLR (non-Fuji) for comparison?
Personally, just looking at one set of photos, very hard to come to any conclusion.
There was a comparison I did earlier in this thread. Fuji has much better tones and colours.
