Haha! Yeah, since the 24 PC-E is Kit's mainstay lens, I guess you can call it his kit lens of sorts. "Kit's lens" :lovegrin:

I have got to work this saturday morning last minute, hence wont be able to join... arghhhh!

Aiyah... saw your post too late. I have a spare Nikon freebie tripod.
My main tripod has 2 quick release plates, so I guess we could share the tripod as well...
Oh well...
