Had also suggest many many others, some had already been accepted and the buildings preserved.
One even had it's fate reversed. Once planned for demolition, now a National Monument.
Had also suggested Istana Woodneuk and Chee Guan Chiang House for preservation.
Next up on my list, Atbara and 7 Gallop Road.
I'll go email the PMB and URA now.:bsmilie:

Yeah, I am sure the land still belongs to Malaysia, I edited on an open-source encyclopaedia regarding the jurisdiction of Singapore on the KTM tracks.mohgui said:if i'm not mistaken, the land mass the entire railway track is sitting on belongs to Malaysia.
mohgui said:didn't know they got a railway system there too :dunno:

redstone said:Yes, the immediate vicinity of the railway track grounds are KTMB property.![]()
So by theory you can step into Malaysia land without passport at that point. :bsmilie:
Slivester said:So the traffic lights are effectively controlled by KTMB?
redstone said:Singapore's LTA.![]()
But the crossing arms and lights would be by KTM.
Slivester said:Oh, but LTA allows that type of traffic lights to function in Singapore? It seemed me the Malaysian traffic lights do not coincide with operations of the main traffic lights at the end of the road.
redstone said:I think you should post a picture of it...
The lights at the crossing are not traffic lights by railway crossing lights.
There are also level crossings at various other places.![]()
