REception at 8 Q

There will be no reception at 8Q on Sat and Sun.

We will need to set up the registration at the Gd Fl of 8Q and direct the ppl upstairs.

That should not be an issue. I will settle the 8Q site. But of course, I would need a table and 2 chairs (for the volunteers) who will be hlping out the registering. PS: who is having the attendance list?
