Thanks bro... glad I am back.... was telling felix I am heading towards D300/D300s... but then somehow fate has brought me back to Pentax... :)

Congrats again.

The only reason to go for a Canon or Nikon is for their FF cameras. No point switching over to another APSC camera, especially considering our K5/K5II/K5IIs are probably the best APSC cameras as far as image quality is concerned.

Totally agree Bro.

Don't worry, Pentax will have a full frame option next year or next next year.:)

iso400 f1.8 1/80 i guess...maybe my hand injured and on casting or maybe my skill lousy :)

Poor indoor lighting, no flash and action photography, not easy neh....

Thx bro...anyway cos my hand casting so its not easy for me to press the shutter and hold the cam too...should hv set higher iso but i dont like grainy....hahaha...thx again

Actually consider the results you got, the light wasn't very bad. Next time try the following:
1. up ISO to 1600 or 3200 if needed
2. SHOOTING RAW!
3. SHOOTING RAW!
4. SHOOTING RAW!

Yeah, for indoor low light photos better shoot in RAW and convert to JPG later on. I think we need Denis to give us a RAW processing training session again..

Got any special deals there cf shop price? Tks

must ask felix, seems to me he know ms color people very well. I also saw the K30 there but doubt pricing will be too far or near what OP, SLRR and MS colors physical shop is offering

Never POKE me. The other is my friend, Leonardg, who asked about the Q in here. Saw another user, Thomas, who moved from C to O to Pentax. Was talking to him about the K5II/IIs and the K30 and K5. He moved to K5

wah... so we will see somemore new K5IIs user soon.... :)

Went there to KPO the price. K5IIs $1580 Body only. K5II with 18-155 $1580. K5II with DA18-135 $1810.
