bro its your shots cropped or direct from your cam or was it compressed? (not talking about skill here, i am trying to find out how sharp is the pentax lens and K5IIs cos i am getting it as my extra system)

Mine taken from fb and mostly ppl advise is flickr or 500px etc is much much more better then fb. Mine all direct from cam no pp.thx bro

I'm really frustrated with the Kx imprecise focus.

Am really tempted to get the K5ii or K5iis
Just wondering which will be more suited for my use.

Was at Sitex and the price looks good, but a call to OP reveal even better price.

1999 k5iis with 18-135

Or maybe I should go with k30?

This is interesting. SLRR is selling the k5ii with 18-135 at 1953 & MS Color at 1960, yet OP & sgcamera can offer k5iis with 18-135 at 1999 & 1990. This is like get a k5iis at the price of a k5ii.

Seriously, with the high resolution the K-5IIs delivers, why even consider a consumer grade zoom lens bundle like the DA 18-135mm? Just go for the body alone and target on high quality prime lenses.
Sure the DA 18-135mm has a convenient zoom range, quiet AF and is a decent one lens solution but why settle with lower resolution, lower contrast and more lens distortion when there are many prime lenses that will deliver as good if not better sharpness across the frame? Smaller form factor too...

MS Color told me got no stock of K5iis until next Wednesday...
