seriously, i feel no compulsion over the latest announcements... the K5IIs is cool and all but i really don't need it and i don't want keep getting stuck in the never-ending cycle of buy/sell/buy/sell...

as for lenses, i already have all that i want to use... i mean... sure, u can never have enough fast primes but beyond a certain point, got gear but no time to shoot also sian by half...

Well, the new products probably can't get guys like you excited. But don't forget there are a lot Kx/K7/Kr even K10D/K20D/K100D users out there who have been waiting for upgrade ;p

but i do agree with u... i guess i consider the current offerings as more of an "incremental" upgrade and there are a lot of users with older models that would find it attractive. i'ld rather whack my K5 with another 20-30k actuation or more before deciding what to do with it.

Just get it. Its really worth the wait and price. The AF is so much better than the K5 classic. Only wish the grip is deeper like the K5 Silver. Sigh..missed it lots.
