For Nikon 105mm, suggest you get either DCR-250 or CM-2000A:

2) Is there any benefit of getting a Raynox if I already plan to get a dedicated micro lens? Are they mutually exclusive or can they be used together? Eg. Canon 100mm micro.

1) Raynox macro lenses are suitable for your lenses with focal lengths of 70mm and more. You can consider the complete kit CM-2000A or DCR-250.

2) Canon 100mm can be combined with Raynox macro lenses for higher magnification. Focusing distance will be reduced to around 20cm for DCR-150 and 12cm for DCR-250. If your hands are stable, the shorter distances are not a concern.

Which product would suit these lenses and how much magnification can I expect roughly?

Hi Kenneth,

DCR-250 works great with your f4 lens! The other one might not be suitable due to the shorter focal lengths.

For Sigma 50mm, you need a stepdown ring to attach to DCR-250. But might have vignetting.

Feel free to bring your Sigma lens to test on the spot.
