Hi Jim
I have 2 questions:
1) Based on the lenses I own, which would be most suitable for a Raynox and which model? What sort of magnification can I expect?
2) Is there any benefit of getting a Raynox if I already plan to get a dedicated micro lens? Are they mutually exclusive or can they be used together? Eg. Canon 100mm micro.
Hi Kenneth67C,
1) Raynox macro lenses are suitable for your lenses with focal lengths of 70mm and more. You can consider the complete kit CM-2000A or DCR-250.

2) Canon 100mm can be combined with Raynox macro lenses for higher magnification. Focusing distance will be reduced to around 20cm for DCR-150 and 12cm for DCR-250. If your hands are stable, the shorter distances are not a concern.
We do have clients who use 135mm or 180mm lenses with DCR-250.
Feel free to call our hotline for faster service. Cheers!
Hi again
What if I want to use it as a quick snap on for my general lenses: 24-105f4 or the 17-55f2.8.
Which product would suit these lenses and how much magnification can I expect roughly?
I also plan to get the Sigma 50f1.4. Which would suit this lens?
