this one, along with 112, seem to have jagged edges on my monitor - this is evident of oversharpening. try to have a lighter hand on it.114.

good work Zul. Possibile to move or compose it heads on with lower angle as it will gives a stronger composition.
wish the exposure is longer. perhaps boosting the highlights will bring out the subject more.
is that statue there all the time?
btw, Selamat Hari Raya my dear friend...
rgds,

very nice shot in #111, and i'm loving it!
strong colours and lovely compo!
If I had to nitpick, I would say crop off the top a little bit, because of that pinkish bit of cloud in the extreme top right corner.

not the usual angle, but i think there is potential here.
i'm envisioning something with a lot more negative space, to emphasize the starkness of the jetty.![]()

wie gehts?! Enjoying your stint in Germany I see..appreciate you took your precious internet access to visit my threadYa la..I saw that too, I didn't know why I ever crop that away..
machst gut bro!
hehehe thanks bro!
I'm learning too from reading the other comments on this thread... eye-opener!
catch up with you soon!
#118 has lovely colours...! after reading night86mare's comments about the dead space at the top... I also kena convinced... yeah... top 1/4 to 1/3 is basically the same colour, so nothing impactful. Sad to crop, but sometimes it has to be done!![]()
nice and clean, love the palette too.
on another note though, can you advise what crop ratio this is? i am seeing 640x469, doesn't seem to be 3:2 or 4:3...
my preference would be to crop it further (at the top) to reduce the amount of dead space there. also would help to prevent the occurence of a split frame (which can work), which does not work here as the sky is not quite interesting enough.
Nice!
i love the colors bro![]()

Hi r00ki3,
Very amazing picture. How do you do it or process it? Gradient?
Do you take a black and white shot first and later process it?
Do you over expose the picture first when taking such shots?
HOW DO YOU DO IT?? he... he...:dunno:
Try to learn to make such pictures.![]()
this looks like Lwr Sel. Reservoir, but where's the background? Cloned it away?120.

I see a subtle line about 10% down from the horizon line... and another one on the right side about 5% down from that.
how u manage to get sure nice color and sharpness? Mine is alway not there. Any filter use or processing?
