i can never slim down my face.. heck care also
think i should go weigh myself tomorrow

Haze... you wont want to be sick like me lor. this morning i vomitted bile becos my stomache was empty. absolutely no appetite to eat food.. not a good way to slim down leh :cry:

Juz ate haina chicken with plain rice, a bowl of peanut trotter soup...no wonder couldn't shed weight the two days. The soup was jelly like when cool :dunno:

Hope the chilli sauce speed up the metabolic rate.....

KL......I only missed the food there....bak kut teh in Klang, beef noodle in Jln Alor or B road. Chai Tau kway in Pude night market and the hokkien mee nearby, Ikan bakar behind the palace......Haizzz, I put on weight today 76kgs.....yesterday was 75.5kg :cry:
