Think I am tired liao....Yesterday was very warm for my 9km walk.

my Soar throat and flu make me cannot hear probably ;P..

nowaday i cook brown rice porriage.. ^-^ yummy... i find that Brown rice taste like those korea or japan rice.. ^-^

Lunch i have 3 pcs of wholemeal bread with Sugarfree Jam..
i think tea break i will have Meiji Yorgurt.
Dinner will want to buy those Green Salad from Cold Storage.

I hope can stick to this today ^_^

1/4 of mooncake required you to walk about 2km to burn it off lor.....so much sugar and fat inside it :sticktong

Do you know what they put inside a mooncake boh? Mostly fat(lard) and sugar contents. Otherwise, where got so tasty ley....

Here is the recipe:

Filling:
1 pound red azuki beans
water
3/4 cup lard or oil
1-3/4 cups sugar
Water-Shortening Dough:
2 cups flour
5 tablespoons lard
10 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Flaky Dough:
1 cup flour
5 tablespoons lard
red food coloring for design


Think your best course of action is a min 5km walk for each mooncake? :bsmilie:

Of course it is real car......down here Aud$300 also can buy ley :cry: But it need to be roadworthy.
