Question on weight loss

Today i weight slighly below 63.5kg ... :lovegrin:
Last night have one papaya as dinner..

This morning i have two pcs white bread with luncheon meat.
Then a glass of HL milk ...

last time i used to love grapefruit, but now i scare the taste ;<

probably the weather. my hubby often got nose plugged whenever the 'pollen season'. my mother in law also coughing alot whenever it's the season
i love fruits in general.. very tempted to touch the grapefruit but later Haze nags at me :X

going to make my teh-o.. ate fried beehoon earlier.. eerr..

last night, at the facial salon, i used their weighing machine. Weight 63.4kg thou. at home weight 64.5kg -.,-..

I am thinking of getting a Good Weighing machine.
Saw an Osim Brand.. cost $178 so ex.. any other alterative?

i never have any weighing machine..normally use outside those 'dong' 20cents one lor.
digital supposed to be more 'zhun' ar ? so long you looked okie then good enuf lor. want to aim for 60kg? :devil:

Well, depend on how cheap is the cheap one lor. Most digital after awhile, all abit strayed one. My side digital ones start from about Aud$20plus

As I said, one kilo or two dun make the difference

Thanks furry, more often I prefer colder climate.....but change of seasons. It is like skin feel different and moods too.

it's like that, temperature changes and then skin also must adapt to weather mah. not forgetting your body system also trying to adjust to the weather lor. when i was at Canada last year, my skin got reallyyyyyyy dry, hate it :angry: but also eating alot :bsmilie: i wonder how you tahan all the delicacies. the servings of food really huge lor.. gained a few kilos when i got back then ppl said i pui pui liao ;p

Well, I was stuck in the house for almost two weeks......and I haven't been to Melbourne for almost two months I think....except Casino or Chinatown. Sometimes it is nice to go certain quarters like Little Italy or eat in a Greek tavern or Just lost myself somewhere I never been. alleys or small laneways

Well, that is one of the reason why I stayed home, the more you venture outside....the more foods you come across...then how to diet? Lost more than 5kgs since started dieting. And the process is getting slower than the previous ones. Must becareful on what I eat from now onward.

Not just that, ang moh food too much olive oil lah......goat cheese, cream, yoghurt and olive again. Yucksss
