Hi Catchlights,
Truly agree and also thanks to Agetan. I must add photographers are not the only being in the world being more emotional type. Dancers are emotional people too because we dance with great emotions for each and every performance that is why I am a highly emotional person too. I am not posting here to fight or justified anything about my budget at this point it is for me beyond the money issue but just to share our experiences in life.
When I starting out I too offer free backup dancing service to TVs show, singers' concerts why?? for the stage exposure and experience, if I charge I will never get the chance to go up on that stage and no matter how talented or good I am, I will not be able to show it, pls dont ask me to dance free for family gathering or at friend's party.. its totally different being on the stage.
Look at it in another way, for those law chambering students who receives on couple of hundred per month and work more than 8-10 hours day, much much worst than the labour workers, does anyone say they are an insult to the legal industry, so what makes photographers have the right to think in such manner?
As for Red-eye and G-man, I dont know how old or young you guys/gals are but there are many more things in life to learn, being humble and polite are one of those things. Maybe you guys are born lucky with golden or silver spoon so 20$ is worthless in your eyes however not everyone is as lucky in life. Everyone goes through life with ups and down, personal circumstances does play a trick on some people, for survival sake.
This my true life which I am sharing so pls dont make fun of it: When I was still young and new lowly paid dancer - my mother got cancer and father is jobless, so both my sister paid the whole 45k of hospital bill with our credits cards. So after the whole drama is over, technically both my sister and I are in our early twenties but already have 20k credit card debts to pay, nobody could help us so what do we, I worked 3 jobs to pay, teaching as many classes as I can, lowered my fees to get more dance jobs guessed what ...nobody in my industry said anything like I am the lowest, spoil market and insult to industry, they even offered me their replacement classes. The debt took me 5 years to paid off during that time I was walking from schools to schools carry my big radio and gymnastics equipments to teach classes because I could not even afford the bus fare, I survived only on bread, water and instant noodles. My point is that so pls dont judge or comment too fast and harsh when you do not know the whole circumstances anyway like I have said 20$ is worthless to you then just ignore me or tell me its too low. I can truly accept such comments no problem however what I truly cannot accept is the "Attitude" you guys have and comments towards others.
Be it whether you are building a business or doing it for passion, people who are in the service industry@selling a service or doing creative work it is not just selling your skills but also a part of yourself because your personality will be imprinted into your work or creation. If you are negative person, no matter how talented you are, things will likely turn negative.
People who have true confidence in their skills will not fear. Like the chinese saying goes by True gold will not fear fire (真金不怕火來燒

.
Good night and this will be my last post/reply to this thread. Anyway I truly want to thank everyone (ncluding G-Man, red-eye, donald ong) who have posted replies which makes/push me to learn quite a few new things in life for these past 3 days such as the below:
1. DIY my own mannequin.
2. Found in youtube how to create lightbox for own product shoot.
3. Learn some minor tricks on Photoshop editing.
4. That some photographers are viewing or judging people through their coloured/tinted lens/visions.
