I'm surprised that many people still don't know that you can bargain with the sales staff from Harvey Norman. If you were to buy a lot of items (say for a new home), you can actually bargain for very good discounts for all the items.

I believe Best and Courts as well but I have only gotten stuff from HN.

Just helped a friend buy for $1650 last week. Prices seem to be stagnating.. Don't have too much expectations on the IT fair.. More often than not, you can get better prices elsewhere..

I suggest that you go to John 3:16 at Funan. They don't offer the lowest price but they offer a good customer service. You can get cheated elsewhere since you're just starting to venture into photography.
D90+18-200 should be around 2400-2500

There are number of shops you can go to.
CP, MSC, John, Lords all have their followers.
You can just ask for quotations from the followings and then decide where you want to get from.

Screw the filter on to the lens.

If you look closely at the inner of your lens, you can see screw threads.
Aline your filter to the lens and turn clockwise to tighten, anti-clockwise to loosen.
Make sure to aline properly, if you feel some resistance when tigthening the filter, loosen, alighten and tighten again.
You do not want to damage the thread on your lens.
