Portrait Shoot: Nan (Dark Retro Style)

I think how zeckson plan this shot is really :thumbsup: kudos to him, can see it not easy.

Stying everything is good(maybe earrings to a more retro plastic one will be perfect for this shoot), retro shoot w a dark tone from picture 5 down, again :thumbsup: . I myself do not know how to explain this, but most of the "retro" kind of shoot is either vibrant in colour if not this kind of "dull" tone to signify that depth/age. Seen some pro's works over devianart and to how retro is being 'visualised'.

DI is nice with his own signature style and if one follow his work closely as least in my opinion, i can see the di on the skin tone is alway improving from shoot to shoot somewhat though keeping his own trademark and what keeping in mind that girls want, clarity and no flaw on the skin. but just that this series the eye di is abit too strong, but i guess sometimes it's all about experiment, trial and error. To tryout you can progress rather then stranded in one's own safety zone and get the usual remarks as you can't progress

Model is pretty but this whole series, she really just smile too much(though she have a nice smile). Especially some pose as to what she's doing, doesn't need a smile. And doing so seem abit queer at least to me. Bro Zeck, guess u abit overlook this area i guess.

Otherwise in my opinon everything really good, hope to see more of your shoots! exploring different horizon each time now already huh

Revad3 bro, thanks for the long mediation. Hmm... I might have overdone the eyes a little. As for the smiles, I have no issues because my motive is to test out the location. What my model does, as long as she is not way out, I did not mind too much. Like I said in my post earlier, this was a test shoot for the location, so my focus is see whether the location can blend into my shooting style or not.

Unfortunately, many doesn't see this and only commented on Nan instead. Sometimes I wonder why in the world I bother to write it down...? Anyway, thanks for your efforts. Let's move on.

Nothing wrong with your photos (model, shooting style or even ur pp), in fact i like them very much! This is your style and is how people recognize is your work.

Ultimately, I think this is what most artist wish to achieve beside fame and money: recognition and having comments like : "This style looks familiar, it must be work of zeckson!" (This is what i feel when i saw the photos)
