PM System Turned off temporarily

We are investigating some issues with Private Messaging system which has caused some data loss to members who visited ClubSNAP in the last 12 hours. Some members may have experience loss of all or some of the Private Messages - we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Private Messaging will the turned on again once we have determined the issues and have a fix.

Due to a database corruption error in the Private Messaging tables, some (if not all) members may have experienced missing or deleted PMs starting from approximately 9am this morning until the PM system was shut off at 2pm.

Some members may have had all their stored PMs deleted, while others will have experienced deletions of PMs sent by affected members (as the database tables are interlinked). Please resend your PMs if you have any sent during the above timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover any PMs that have lost.

We sincerely apologise for the error and have updated and fixed the corruption error. :sweat:

Until 2pm I don't see any problem with my pm, but now all pm sent and received today gone. Even new pm could not be found, but status keep saying got new pm.

give them a break, the pm-s were lost due to database corruption, there's nothing much they can do.

The main problem is I don't have any problem until they 'fix' the problem. :think: :thumbsd:
