1) Levels - to bring the pic back to suitable exposure
2) Lasso the Sky Only , feather and use CURVES, set to Blue and pump up the blues
3) Repeat (2) for the forest BUT set to green and pump up the greens
4) Create a layer Background, then dodge and burn.

thats about it

picture itself has already badly compress.. so no matter how you PP still looks funny. somehow, i think the picture is suitable for old 80s look picture.

saw this picture from another thread.. one of the members said that this picture can be improved by doing some post processing work to this image and he thinks that this image has a lot of data in it still waiting to be 'exploited'.

however the example improved version of this image is no longer online..

can any photoshop experts show me how this picture can be improved?
