Hope I can do the same too with the same lens.
I am curious why you chose the wide angle 21mm for such closeup shots instead of your 77mm instead? All that extra space would be wasted?

My main job for the day is to shoot the group photos thus I only brought along the DA21. These close-up shots is done just to fully utilize my time while waiting for the uncles/aunties to "form a group". =D They're really close-up as I was shooting like 30cm away from the subject. LOL!

Yap, it's kyoto. Many temples over there. In fact Japan's a haven for photographers. It was supposed to be a honeymoon trip with my wife. But turned out to be a bit of a honeymoon trip with my K10d. Shhh... dun let my wife hear this.

I was there just a couple of months ago for my honeymoon too! Came back with 1000+ shots, luckily wife didn't really complain that I always spent 1/2 hour every evening during the honeymoon processing the day's takings. Afterall, beautiful honeymoon pics help preserve great momeries for her too!

Anyway, since we're on the topic, I'll put up another couple of photos from Japan
