Does he do it for K10D as well?
But knowing how badly the K10D perform for IR with filters, does the conversion process work well for it in the fist place?

He never converted a K10D, but I guess the weather sealing will be broken if he opens up the camera. Better stick w/ K100D and Ds :)

Wondering..How come Picasa's link doesn't show the picture but only the link?

Its my first time trying to shoot something like that. Thus its not difficult to find some glitches in this picture.

Hey, interesting! Why the 3 mahjong players all look like you? How you do that?:dunno:

It's a bit tedious to link to images on Picasa, I wrote a short guide on how to do it on page 95 of this thread, here it is...

1. On the menus on the right when viewing your photo, look for "Link to this photo", click on it to expend the menu.

2. Select the size you want to embed, eg. 400px.

3. Copy the HTML code under "HTML to embed in website". It should look something like this:
<a href="http://picasaweb.google.com/genghk/RandomStuff/photo?authkey=blDdICSftxU#50949011611218XXXXX"><im g src="http://lh5.google.com/genghk/RrS5nLJkLjI/AAAAAAAACEM/l5dSG8cdVO4/s400/IMG_XXXX.JPG" /></a>
However, all you need is the second string of "http://lh5.google.com/yadayadayada...". What I do is copy the whole chunk from Picasa first, then paste it into CS's "Insert image" dialogue box, then trim it down to just what's between the second set of quotation marks. That should do the trick for you.

:bsmilie: This reminds me of the Starhub advertisement where they have the husband surfing the net, watching soccer, and in the bath at the same time!

wow Macrob, the exposure and sharpness is great!
How did you manage to capture it ? Under such conditions , usually it will be a little dark or soft...

Thanks alot!

Some shots I took with Sigma 17-70mm & FA50mm 1.4 while I'm at Phuket

Seems you've been pretty busy shooting lately :D Excellent zoo series. All by the Sigma 70300? I'd say your 70300 is definitely better than mine (sold long time ago), or was it because the one behind the camera :embrass:

Definitely not becos of the one behind the camera. :D

Great panning shots skypacker
