Esplanade - K100D + Sigma 18-50 F/2.8 Macro
Pleasantly surprised WB Tungsten worked wonders on the colours.

I've tried this scene (the Marina cityscape) with all the WB settings on the K100D before, and I still find Tungsten a bit too blue, while everything else too yellow. Well lit areas (like the first one) turns out well with Tungsten, but the background buildings in the second one has a blue hue. But I guess I'll live with it.... and PP when it really matters. :)

Reflection, K10D + FA50mm/F1.4:

Nice set of reflections. Your daughter is very cute and pretty I can see. Seems she likes to be photoed.

My daughter, well, she even doesn't like me holding a camera nowadays  Here is one of her reflections (sad, isn't it?):

Nice to seee the new DA* lens in action :D The pics look very good too. Now go out and shoot some sun rise/set and see how this new lens compare with the non-* ones ;)

It was bright and sunny when I left home but rained when I reached there!

special thanks to brother fengwei who helped me make the deal n offered me his mint kit lens, and also thx to dan who generously lowered his like-new k10d to my budget:)

Again, welcome to the Pentax family :D

Strange though, I can see your pics on one PC but not on the other, and both PCs sit side by side

Thanks. Glad she likes to be photographed so I can do more photo practicing.;)

The photo of your daughter is very sharp, as usual.
Well, sad indeed. May be you spend more than holding your GP than holding her....:nono::)

Yeah, these lenses are nice by just looking at them ;) The DA*1650 matches the K100D quite well too:

I've been using photobucket for quite some time, you can give it a try:

I use picasa album too because photos can be easily uploaded from picasa.

r u sure?
i can refresh and see the photos leh..
it's from the picasa web album, and no restrictions.. should be no problem.

after checking the html source, I think you used the image url directly. I tried that before and the photo didn't show up. I have to copy the html code in "HTML to embed in website" box under "Link to this photo" and get the image url from there.

e.g., the text in the box gives
Code:
<a href="http://picasaweb.google.com/gordon.chiam/20070901PlaygroundFun2Jeff/photo#5106047050343405778"><img src="http://lh4.google.com/gordon.chiam/RtxSvUImWNI/AAAAAAAAHIw/mcJlhDZBHPg/s400/20070901-IMGP3504-150-Viewing.jpg" /></a>
and the image url i use to post here is
Code:
http://lh4.google.com/gordon.chiam/RtxSvUImWNI/AAAAAAAAHIw/mcJlhDZBHPg/s400/20070901-IMGP3504-150-Viewing.jpg
20070901-IMGP3504-150-Viewing.jpg

Tip: You can change the s400 in the url to s144, s288, or s800 to have different image size.

Hope this help
