Got the chance to test out my Pentax K20D yesterday. All taken with the 18-55 DA kit lens. I like the Pentax's colours. So nice!
It took me some 30 mins to get use to this camera. I hope I have more time with this beauty, but sadly have to pass it on to a NGO soon.

Hi, after seeing so many nice photos here, I feel so "pai-seh" to post mine. But I got a notice from the admin (I think) that I have not been posting... So better do something before I'm "barred" from this wonderful place. Here's my attempt to post my first set of photos, taken with K20D & Sigma 70-300. Hope it works. C&C welcome. Thanks.

Welcome JMLoh. Don't "pai-seh' here. Photos nice or not nice just post...:bsmilie:

adel08, very nice series of shots.
BTW where did you find the pitcher plant?

I think his pitcher plant is from the Misthouse in National Orchid Garden in SBG.

Thank you bro. Yes, I think I will catch up in using this camera. I have only used it for few hours and quite like it already.

Interesting find. Noticed this spider has lost one leg?
Yeah, I viewed through all my shots and one leg is missing in all those photos. Affirmed your suspicion .. perhaps snapped it off when escaping from predatory birds.

This is nice, did you have to PP away the web and background?

Hi Gengh! Nope, it was hanging above me over some shrub and bushes, but exposed to the morning sun. I brighten photo, enhance saturation and convert it into black and white (infrared) in PS.
