Just wondering, istDes.. is it just your style? Normally, I see shots with the DA35 in real close.

Does give me something to think about though, ie. stand off the subject a bit for flower macros.

Still hand-woven, using looms.

Am kicking myself for not getting a few (relatively) cheap pieces. Found out that it's sold in Tanglin Mall here.. for up to thousands of bucks. The markup, and a testament to the quality of the textile which is made in Xam Neua -- it's the best in all Lao.

Say, once a while i will take a flower real close. Most of the time, I still prefer to take pic of the whole flowers.

seeing so many good macro photos from fellow pentaxian and looking at my idle tamron 90 in the cabinet, fingers itchy for some macro. maybe the next trip can go somewhere good for macro. :bsmilie:
