ISO 800 Hooters gals having a briefing...:)

some really great shots. Please share more pictures and your own thought about this camera...thanks

I would like to see more pictures in both low and high contrast
situation taken straight out of the camera without any PS using
ISO 1600 at the widest aperture of f/2 either handheld or with a tripod.

Thanks in advance LX3 lovers, am not convinced yet of its
performance in the above areas mentioned.

Interested to know the type of noise at high ISO using the widest aperture of f/2 in
low and high contrast situation without the use of any flash.

The picture should be straight out of the camera with no post processing of any sort.

Gain control: 0
Contrast: 0
Saturation: 0
Sharpness: 0
Flash: 0 (no flash to be used or any reflector of any kind)
Metering Mode: Type used (average, spot etc)
Exposure Bias: 0
ISO: 1600
F/number: f/2

Would be glad LX-3 owners can post sample pictures for us to marble at this new
tool for available light photography. Shots should be done in RAW.

Thanks in advance.

:heart::)

Wow Timber Wolf, beautiful! Any adjustments made? What ISO?

You gotta be kiddin' me. Even a DSLR may not perform well under this situation :)

Heyyyyy thanks =D=D=D

hmm... let's see, all have gone through Silkypix as i shoot RAW... Adjustments made like white balance, shading, exposure, saturation etc. Each pic is different.

ISO 80. Max 200 I think, can't remember already. I love the LX3 for its fast lens and OIS. I can make exposures of 1/2 second steady handheld at the wide end, and coupled with the VERY SHARP f/2 lens i can just shoot night scenery handheld at night with ISO 80-200.

Impressive camera.

QX

Ah I see, raw treatment. Impressive results. f/2 and OIS are really the way to go!

for LX3, i noticed when we zoom in max, the lens retract instead of extend while I noticed the reverse for other cams, why is this so
