Here's my contribution to LX3 photos with both shots at ISO 800.

1. Chinatown Lanterns - Picture taken on bus with rain drops on the bus windows.
ISO800, 1/100s, f/2.0

2. Clark Quay Evening - Picture taken handheld. I was quite impressed with the OIS in the camera.
ISO800, 1/20s, f/2.1

Don't you guys think the noise is strange-looking at 100%, like a texture - rice grains? gunny sack? JPEG artifacts?

Umeiko, impressive result for the 2nd pic by handheld. May I know whats the iso setting, aperture and shutter speed you have used? It would be nice if you can try some test shot of the same scene using tripod.

Anyway, the wide angle lens is really very cool. Really more versatile than the usual 28mm and of course the 35mm.

Mine's the fuji f31d, 36mm. Argh!

The poison is too difficult to resist ... heres 2 pics ... like its size of the camera, weight, wide angle and most of all F2.0 ....

Aperture: F2.0 ( MACRO )
Speed: 1/30 handheld
IS0: 160

I never able to shoot clear picture handheld at 1/30 ... apparantly this LX3 image stabilisation works very well. :thumbsup:
