Mine ran on a MacBook Pro laptop 2.0Ghz with 2 GB ram and the test did 1 min 43 sec.

kind of slow compared to some of the numbers here.

Not very.. You can do your own test with the filters/ plug-ins you use most often. That will help you determine what configuration suits your workflow best.

not bad really for the price of the laptop...

Using photoshop to edit JPEG is ok. In PSD format is very very slow and nearly caused my comp to hang a few times. Was doing up A0 size panel.

Not too bad... Not too bad.. considering that my CPU + mobo combo costs only $500+.

Decided to run this test again for fun:

AMD Opteron 146 @ 2.2Ghz (o/c to 200Mhz).
2 x 1GB Corsair, o/ced to 220Mhz @ CL2.5

1:17 mins.
