Beautiful.. Is it done with one shot or is the shot stacked?

It's stacked of a few image to get the full Laser light. Glad that you like it :)

WK, remember the outing two years back and we (group of Pentaxians) had tea at this place? We were there to enjoy your winning entries for the Young Singapore Photographer Competition. How time flies...

Yes, I remember it, of course... And yar, time flies.. I think it was not 2 years.. But something like 3-4 years!

It was not long into the shoot when 'No U-turn Syndrome' reared its ugly head.
Yes, even for something so simple as shooting photos in a Park at 7am.
I heard the security speak thru the comms with their office reporting my presence in the stream and asking for advice.
So as it is, they approached me and said "You are not advised to stay in the stream"
Well, maybe my English isn't that good, but to me 'advised' means advised. Not 'Not Allowed'
However, they stayed at their spot seemingly to force me to leave.
Probably better to still chase me off despite the 'advice' from their office, since if I later drowned in an ankle deep steam, they would have to 'answer'.

Depend on situation . Fireworks / Laser light (stack of same exposure multi image) . Landscape sunrise/sunset layer blending of different exposure usually 2-3 (aka DRI) . cityscape normally layer masking of highlight/ shadow (also consider 1 kind of DRI)

When situation of contrast of light are not that strong I do make use of single image of 1 raw file with little push of highlight and shadow .

Hope it help :)

Regards
Simon

The sky look amazing. How do you do it? CPL filter?
