Have to make do with f2.8 until Pentax decides to release a new 135/1.8 :D
FA135/2.8 again.

A few more from Orchard Rd.
The Christmas decor certainly adds to the bokeh

honestly, while its a lot of fun to collect legacy lenses, its a bit scary to pay a premium for some of these discontinued gems. i like them for their build quality, optical quality, and the novelty factor but seriously, man does not live on lens alone ;p

just get what u need. u're not going to be able to use ALL of your lenses ALL the time anyway ;)

The one in BnS is a pretty good price, actually.
Other than size, I suspect the DA*50-135 is as good if not better.

Ya currently DA35 is good with a cheapo 50 on its way and aiming a long ranger for squirrels in parks(hope there's one fast enough to snap a squirl)

squirrel at the park can use 55-300. its good value for money  for daytime shoot, u may not need F2.8 (not like u can find a squirrel to shoot at night anyway :bsmilie:)

Nice o/p from the DA*50-135 too.
Contrast seems different though. The FA is very contrasty. So much so that I had to lift them a bit or leave them alone when doing curves.

what lens? bokeh seems a bit harsh
Got to be the Cosina/Tomioka/Revuenon 55/1.8 :D
