Photos of Anniversary Event for Sponsors

Hi Everyone,

I was thinking that we can pick a set of 5 - 10 photos taken over the dinner & 2 day events to give to all the sponsors. Any thoughts? Of course, will need contributions from everyone.

I only have a few, and they are random, i.e., not specifically covering everyone.

PE's assistant should have the bulk of it as he was the Official Event Tog.

CS Gallery or FB can't upload full-res ones. Only dedicated online albums (usually paid services).

If you want, I can load it up on mine and pass Canon the link.

I know that I'm getting all jaded, but I think the sponsors really only want / need pictures to help justify their marketing dollar...

their onside fellas would usually take some of these already... what I'd suggest we do is to do up a small collage of pics on the event (without it being too weighted toward on brand or another), do a short writeup on the event - when, where, how many visitors, talks, walks, etc...

say thanks to our 10th anniversary event sponsors - canon, fujifilm, nikon, olympus, and prophoto.

this should satisfy. but to kill all the birds with 1 stone, can add additional thanks to those who sent their congratulations, ie paid for the newspaper ad - eastgear, panasonic, samsung, sgcameras, etc...

and finally, all those who have supported CS for the past 10 years, and we look forward to the next 10...

this is my tarnished and jaded $0.02 worth...

Wahhh... this one definitely worth more than $0.02... but the bigger question is who will be able to do this (assuming we all think its a good idea)... Err... Volunteers?

I think for Canon its THEIR practice to ask organiser rather than its a practice for organiser...tsk tsk... I like the way Nikon operate haha!!!

Anyway, since its our 10th Anniversary, I thought it would be good to give the sponsors something to remember us by (whether they like it or not.. haha!!!).

I will do the part for the sponsors, as for the newpaper ad I will do it to the stores that I apporached, ie iphoto

Can the "We" or "someone" please have a folder for the images? or should I be doing it???????

Agreed. Since the celebration is over lao. Just chop chop finish this one and move on. don't pounder too long at one spot

Hello please, the sponsor would rather like to have a one point of contact, rather than getting spammed with images from everyone.

Anyway, its alright I will get the images myself, complied it and set it to the sponosrs..I am not sure whose time is being wasted !!!
