Finally got the picture from my friend. Did a quick snap but didn't capture the scene with more cyclist. But you should be able to imagine if a whole pack of cyclist are nearing him.

time for CSI to do work liao... see who this bugger is...

Maybe he was thinking he was sitting on a motorcycle in reverse pillion like they do in Tour de France to take pics of the cyclists by keeping ahead of them.
