Well, have a good trip, plenty to see and plenty to shoot, there is a lake somewhere in China which all the women bath naked, u can take pictures but must be discreet about it...

Oh,..can you do me a favour, lend me 10 cents, i'll pay you back when I see you. When you reach the highest point in Tibet, take it out and say that the coin belongs to sjourn and throw it. I may never get the oppuntuntiy to travel there, so the coin represents me there. I'm not kidding hor, thanks in advance first. I have a 10 cents which belongs to me in Mt Kinabalu.

er, no such thing as highest point in tibet, tibet is a plateau so everywhere also high :bsmilie: why not donate $10 to potala temple? inside got display paper notes from visitors from all over the world, alot of US dollars also ;p

10 days trip but only 9 days in tibet. as 1 day is to acclimatise.

9 days? 3 days for Everest Base camp, 3 days for lake Namtso (if can go Lake Yamtso instead of Namtso, but more difficult) and 3 days to jalan jalan around Lhasa (Potala, Jokhang etc. ... Lhasa is quite small actually) check out trips at guesthouses, usually the tourists get themselves organised in groups of 6 to 8 to go together, they share a lump sum given to a local guide, everything is by luck there, hope you experience something magical ... hehe

if you going on budget can consider staying at Snowland guesthouse or Pentoc, Pentoc has nice Swiss cuisine, Snowland has the best cheesecake, but serve local tibetan cuisine also
