Thank you Eikin, for initiating such a wonderful event to help those in need!

And to all the CS-ers I met today, for the first time ever, it was indeed an honour and pleasure to be working side-byside with those as great as yourselves! ;)

And as discovered, albeit, only at the end of the day ... this is such a small world ... and it was really a pleasure to re-meet a someone whom I worked with about ... what, 10 years ago!

Please accept my apologies on two counts:

1) This is my first time doing such a project and sorry for the initial problems with settings on the Esplanade perspective :embrass:

2) Apologies that I had to leave when I did. Had to rush back to get me wifey din din mah ... :embrass:

In closing, it was a great experience!

THANK YOU!

Glad to have been part of a memorable event. I look darker now, (thanks to the great sunshine) but i feel really happy. made many friends! held so many groovy cameras and lenses! and learnt a lot! ;)

Hope to see you guys again soon!

Cheers!

To all CSers and volunteers involved in this project,

Raise your right hand,
Pull it across to your left,
Bend at the elbow,
And tap your left shoulder.

All of you deserve a pat on your shoulder.

While the victims of the Tsunami will be thankful for your efforts, the experiences and learnings in this project will be a personal gain, your life will be more meaningful.
Surely all of you enjoyed what you are doing and the company and friendship of the fellow CSers there.

To all who came and supported this project in one way or another,
I say a BIG thank you and it was a honour meeting and working with all of you.
It was also great exchanging tips and pointers from everyone.

Congratulations on a job well done.

hmm i haven give my thank u speech yet... but i guess most would give a who cares anyway... :bsmilie:

Thanks to all the generous sponsors for the equipments, i can't personally go down inkstation to return the stuff, so i ask my men to go down instead...

also, there is few ppl i wanna thank is Sulhan & wife for the meals, without him we also hard to find food around the area... no food, no strength, no energy to do anything...

den thank u to Newater for the sponsor of the water... and also yan zai for the mineral water!

den all the ushers who helped under the hot sun asking ppl to come take a picture, these are really the hardest job IMHO... cos the sun is really glaring during the afternoon... i am embarrassed as i spent most of the time infront of the LCD under the cool shade... :embrass: do we have a before & after pic of eikin & poohbear?

special thanks to the core members like Ortega & Eikin for the fabulous idea and making the idea become a reality... and yqt for his leadership and experience, really admire his decisive response.

Dun want to be left out...I oso muz say thx :bsmilie: to...

EVERYONE whom I got to meet and know - eikin, yqt, ortega, poohbear+mrs, amigo, stevie, kelvink, razor, sjourn+mrs, zhangyb, yanzai, evq, splutter, del_ctrlnoalt, hotspots+mrs, sulhan, wai.

EVERYONE whom I got to meet but didn't get your nicks/names or have missed out here.

... for making me feel welcome and letting me help. And also to...

Merlion for being patient and not moving throughout our entire shoot so that our pictures were always spot on - come rain, come shine, come slow shutter, come fast shutter, come small aperture, come big aperture :bsmilie:

It was a great experience learning, sharing and giving. Do let me know when you guys go shooting again...I'll definitely want to join you great bunch of guys!
