As this is the last weekend, let's put all our best in hitting the 10k mark :cheergal: :cheergal: :cheergal: !!
I think we'll have enough of the plastic bag and photo paper to last us for 2 days , however we need at least 4 more cartons of mineral water. Yanzai can settle that ? i'll sponsor this batch of water :bsmilie: .
Manpower wise... Please send me a email @ poohbear@clubsnap.org to confirm your timing and meals . This is to facilitate unwanted wastage of food.
Once again , i wish to express my thanks to volunteers of the past 2 weekends and this coming weekend for their support :thumbsup: . Without you guys (and gals), we would not have made it so far.

With reguards to the donations collected, it is not counted yet as we've cross the $5k mark and we need a praticing accountant to help us do a balance sheet to summit to the police as we have a permit from them. Salvation Army advise that the accountant may want to be present when we count them as such it is not counted. I'm trying to get in touch with the police to see if we can ask Salvation Army to provide us with a letter with the amount collected so as to do away with the balance sheet. I'll keep you guys updated.

so you guys think how many cartons do we actually need? what i can really confirm is its quite hard to move the top stuff to check the bottles at the lower area. but from what i see, its definitely 3 unopen box. and i am not sure how many cartons u guys initially bought. so we can roughly estimate the water consumption would be estimate ??? bought minus roughly 3 carton.
if we just buy 1 carton (cos maybe we drink 2 carton per day, so we just need another 1 carton), i dunno if its more cost efficient just buying off a supermarket... just my thoughts...
