amazing shots stan. makes me wanna go there even more to experience the people and culture!
Bro, surely you would have a great experience there if you do enjoy People & Culture..
I felt like entering into another 'world' when I came back... coz ppl there are still living
almost the same style as their ancestor... priority of life never change.
Keep looking for the day when you step into Tibet.
btw, just posted another pix before I saw your comment..:bsmilie:

Hosea,

This is my first post altho i've been secretly admiring your work for quite sometime now. I must say your works have been very inspiring... they tell so much, they give a whole new meaning to the saying 'a picture is worth a thousand words'.

I kept coming back to CS for your works... well done! and more importantly, thank you for sharing!

Cheers,
TJ

6. Alms or Begging

Think this was my first day at Tibet,Jokhang... saw monks collecting alms
and beggars begging for money.. I was confused , Alms or begging?
No answer for me though the answer seems quite obvious.
One thing I observed, Tibetan are also very willing to give ... probably got
to do with their belief.

6A. Begging beside Collecting of Alms.

7. Monk Communication

Mobile phones are common amongst the monks.
I asked one of the monk whether mobile is used in the Monastery.
The answer is "yes" but need to be switched off during praying and study session
