You can shoot sunrise colors, but have to be on the other side of the rock.

It will be low tide at sunrise on 14 Apr. Changi Village side would have a more direct view of the sunrise and will be accessible due to low tide:

Sure, no problem. Would it be better to just have a few people sharing in smaller groups? I will be happy to talk about composition and a bit on techniques to ensure that the shot comes out as seen, e.g. GND, blending (since there seemed to be some interest during the last outing), with reference to the shots taken on that very day, since the view would be fresh on everyone's minds. I can imagine that it would be hard for everyone to squint at the K5 LCD though.. I mean it's large but not for many people. :bsmilie: In this way, everyone would have a chance to clarify etc, and actually a lot of people here are more than qualified to talk about these things.

I'll bring a laptop for the demos, but mine is pretty low spec ones (three year old, iCore 3 w/ 2GB mem only ). Only use it for internet and some simple docs, CS5 is installed though.

I don't think I will be demonstrating PS, it will be a bit too unwieldy. That would probably be better done in a place with projector, etc...

Managed to get Wonglp to help out with sharing tips during the actual shoot too.

So no lack of experts to look for during the sunrise shoot.


In total, WK (doing the sharing session); Bernard, Wonglp, Simon helping out with the hands on during the sunrise shoot.
Now we only need good weather and good turnout.
