Might as well just save up and get whatever the latest product then.

I think by then all the DA Ltds will be WR already, and since doing so would make it slightly bigger, Pentax might as well just make it slightly faster.. ;)

Imagine, DA15/2.8, DA21/2.4, DA40/2, DA70/1.8... And maybe FHD (Full HD) coating... :bsmilie::bsmilie::bsmilie::bsmilie:

As long as you don't spend beyond your means, just buy it if you think you need or want it.

based on K-5 timeline, that may take 3~ years to happen. :sweat: and pentax full frame may out already.

Haha! That was because there wasn't much that was launched during it's time... And i seriously believe it is solely due to Hoya's non-existence funding support for Pentax.
Under Ricoh now, I believe they have the much needed funding support and therefore, the K3 is just the beginning of the "catch up" game.. Soon enough, Pentax would be almost on the same level..

And till then, like all electronic products nowadays, prepare for the endless yearly new products which will then lead to the quick value drop of any current products then.. ;) Hee!
