Was in the bus checking my poor and low output and to my anger, i realised i'm using iso800 for all the shots:angry:
Anyway, i better post this photo first. Its titled "Moments".

It's a bit too late now. Haven't looked through all my photos yet. Here are two easy ones from the Museum, just resize and post:

I love this so much. I was there thinking what lens should I use to take this kind of photo. And I have the answer now, use fengwei's hand.;)

IMO, it was nothing short of a great outing! Making new friends (i want to friend those with ltd lenses! lol) and learning so much more knowledge from the "old birds". Definitely beats reading review websites and forums :thumbsd: Sadly, Samantha and I had to leave early due to other commitments.

I bought along the K1000 (recently acquired from Frank) and a 10 exposures remaining Oly Pen-EE2.

So here's my maiden attempt to self develop B/W films. Unfortunately, i developed the wrong canister, LOLed. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise since i over-developed the film, now negatives. Picture untouched except for contrast and center alignment.

Shot using Oly Pen-ee2, F8? Fort Canning Hill. SHD100, TMax, scanned w 8800F.

Picture on the left is one of the several entrances to Battle Box- an command centre constructed as an emergency, bomb-proof command centre during the Malayan campaign and the Battle of Singapore. Interestingly, the decision to surrender Singapore was taken in this bunker on the morning of February 15, 1942.

On the right, an old yet colorful(cant be seen in this pic) umbrella hung on the tree. I wonder who left it there....

My better half with the Pentax K-x, posing for me. Apparently she was trying to do the "blow-the-smoke-off the-gun" pose but broke into laughter instead. The clouds made a huge difference on the right picture.

Thanks!

Anyway, I never expected to become a model, (lesson learnt no.1: Expect the Unexpected) and i wore berms, so THANKS for cropping off my ugly leg. lol

Bro! did you desat it a little? Teach me!

:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
I hope both are unattached. <:

Erm, we are attached, actually for quite a substantial period of time... lol!

She said my KX is better than your K1000

NEVER!!!!!

Wahhhh.... now can use Pentax for exercise too.

Des, your macros are mo-tak-deng

Great shot...check out those compound eyes

Thanks guys.

Excellent set of macros, Des. Really love these. Mine didn't turn out well today, not many keepers :(

Thanks fengwei, i didn't shoot much and i got some that didn't turn out well also. The windy condition also make it harder to shoot yesterday.:(

It was great to catch up with old faces and meet many new friends. My New Year wish is that the Pentax user base will continue to grow through events like this.

Here are some pics to share. Hopefully they make the grade :-)
