With the flash mounted, no space to on the built in flash....my flash too big!...;)

Thanks AxeLa. It puts the idea of using the hot-shoe flash and the built-in flash together (like the E-3XX series) to bed.

They really should build external flashes like some Metz models, with secondary reflectors to act as fill-in light when one wants to. I use the Metz 54 MZ-4i and is shared by all my cameras, and although it surely is big for m4/3, I only use flash rarely anyway. Both Panasonic and Olympus share the same SCA module.

Leica SF58 is another one that has a secondary reflector (http://www.cameratown.com/news/news.cfm/hurl/id|7226), but it is actually a Metz 58 AF-1 (http://www.metz.de/en/photo-electro...litz-58-af-1-digital/product-information.html)

Hot-sync cable is the next option if that this so desirable.

I have the Metz for Nikon version and I use the secondary reflector alot when I use flash, especially in-doors.

Manage to get my 3rd party battery for GF1 in HK that works and its 1400mah ( tested it on the spot ), it cost about HKD280 from Wing Shing. so now perhaps ppl will change their mind more on GF1?

If that works on the GF1, it will work on the G1 and GH1 too. Can take a snap shot of how the battery looks like? Surely such batteries will be hot seller as compared to the Panny's originals which makes you think deep deep before getting an extra one. -.-

So sad...... no problem...;p

Nice. Not sure if can get that in Singapore for now. But if it works, I believe the sale for the Lumixs will surely get hotter and hotter.

and the price of the camera and lens seems to be bloating day by day

Where to buy? :)

Hi Nature88:), that's so nice of you(know what to do during sch vacation and most importantly know what/how you'd spend your hard-earned$$$ wisely:thumbsup:)

Well, me too and have just added you too:cheers:

I believe you're a person who have the ability to weigh/balance between sch works and still have some free time for your photography(take your time, step-by-step...yah...right?) =)

For me, I've been looking at Oly EP1 and (if ever...??) EP2??, since not much point to talk about the GF1 cos of the "you-know-I-know-things"...hahaha...the batt-thing lor...!!.

Yes, as for your case the 20D, EFS 18-135 IS (135mm x 1.6 = 216mm) is equipped with what I'd call it 'a-good-focal-range-lens' and in case if you need just that little bit 'wider-view', there's EFS15-85mm IS but need to fork out more this-->$$$ leh:sweat: yet 85mm x 1.6 = 136mm...sigh...=)

Haha. Thanks for the compliment. (: But yea. Because also wanted to earn some pocket money for sch reopens as I dont not want to rely or leech on my parents for things I need in sch. Yea. Money are hard earn so need to spend it wisely. If spendings are not planned, one will find out his/her money run out faster then he/her is earning. :x

As for balance. Well. Im somehow considered a full time slacker and part time student. :bsmilie: But will try not to jeopardize my sch work with too much slacking or work. For shooting, now is the second week of sch. Since sch reopens that means I have some time to go shooting. (: Yea. Some things is good to learn slowly. Because in a haste or rush will somehow kills the interest or hobby. :x

Haha. GF1 battery thingy I went to overseas forum they also have debate over this topic. In fact they are more fierce then local. They wanna blacklist Pana items and refrain from buying them. :x As for EP2, I think there is a high chances they it will be one. Because nowadays alot camera companies are competing for a share in the Prosumer and compact DSLR market.

The 18-135mm do really give a big wide range of view. Hence I really like it alot. But it got no ultrasonic. If not definite will go for it. But people have tested and shows that the 18-135 is better than 28-135 in terms of picture quality. Canon is starting to make cheap good quality lens again. (: Also getting 18-135 save my effort to keep changing between the zoom lens i intend to aquire. (I have 18-55 now intend to get 55-250). As for 15-85mm.... Hmm.. Somehow doesnt fit my shooting style. Also worried the widest 15mm might have severe distortion. Hence still intend to get EF 20mm or 28mm. Still deciding tho. :x
