Gray sets to me, pose little or no risk at all. OP can get the warranty from their SHA office, and if you look on the bright side, if you need servicing in SHA, you get additional service there. The difference is that the consumer may have to wait, and this is rare as we do not abuse the cameras on a daily basis like professionals. For the huge price difference, I really don't mind. Another example for the Canon TC 1.4x selling at OP: $460.

Not very technical, they told me to fiddle with the camera
myself and that they are not very good with Fuji
Also did not have any XD card to test the camera
Basically left me to the camera while they attended to others
Did not fuss over me, or show impatience when i REALLY tested
the AF, shot to shot etc.............
Overall excellent service, no hassle, but they did not
mention Grey Products outright..........
Best Denki is 699 with 1GB XD card worth $50, tripod, and bag

I just bought a lens from them today. Damn good price =D. Service was excellent and professional. Even after there was some miscomm between me and the staff, it was still all smiles. Staff were friendly and helpful, even offered to help mount filter on my lens. Ability to converse in Chinese when u visit is a plus plus. They even gave me a free gift with my purchase. Overall very very satisfied with the customer service there... 2 thumbs up.. and 2 bigtoes up too!

Sadly to tell you, every time i visit their shop, i failed the defence of my wallet.

i havent bought any B+W from them as i had found them to be more expensive than the regular stores.. :sweat:
what i did get was Nikon NC filter, which is slightly cheaper than regular stores.. :thumbsup:
quality is the usual high quality built of a Nikon filter..
Remember there was my first time to call OP last week looking for my new stuff canon extender 1.4 II, a lady (Lynn) told me that currently is out of stock and new arrival will be on this wednesday. I don't bother to wait as the price she quoted me is the best after doing my own 'reserch' so far. I was so surprised that she sms me for the collection on the promised day. I have never, ever experiencing such kind of services. What can I say! 10 thumbs up + 10 toes up
