For those that bought from DSTE on eBay, how long does it take to arrive?

Thanks

Hope you would get yours asap.As for my case, I placed my order of 2 sets of 2 third party batteries with one charger each but took 4 days to be dispatched from the seller. Then I got it one week after my items were dispatched.

thanks, i also hope so. Mine was dispatched by the seller one day after i placed my order.

if you got it 1 week after they dispatched the items, mine should reach me tomorrow or friday.

How long it takes to charge a DSTE battery?

3-4 hours.

Very tempted to order another set of 3xbatt + charger. Travel overseas no need to scare not enuff time or power to charge.

If you are interested to get an OM-D spare battery, check out Alan Photo at SLS. Bought one yesterday.

A spare battery is definitely required for this. I took the E-M5 on my trip to korea and pretty much got the battery low warning at the end of the day. This is with me turning the camera off when not in use instead of letting it go to sleep.

Probably could get by with one battery a day, but if you are worried that you might use 2 batteries in a day, 3 is needed so you charge one overnight and another next morning

Spare battery definitely needed for whole day trips. My OMD died on me when I was in hong kong about to take night shots. Just got another spare battery from south Asia computer at 99 bucks. Bloody expensive

But it's worth it. No point in carrying a $1888 camera with you if you don't have enough juice to take all the photos you want. ;-)

True. If only it was cheaper, I would have gotten two spare batteries

Yup, I have 3 in total. I usually need 2, the 3rd one is some kind of insurance to feel safe. ;-)

For me, it will be more in case if I happen to misplace one. And to nitpick, the spare battery does not come with electrical contacts cover!!

Yeah but with a nice plastic bag. :-D

My ziplock at home bigger.

But not as cute! ;-) Anyway, I like those small bags. They offer a better protection than those hard plastic shells Panasonic supplies.
