2800 for x pro2 is simply too much. Actually many fuji x products feel a bit overpriced

actually quite a few X user I know get their lens and equipment from overseas. The price discrepancy of Fuji in SG is always large. But nice promotion freebies makes the price acceptable. But I must say xpro 2 is really on the high side this time round. Thought I don't have intention to get one even if they knock down the price as I am pretty happy with my xt1 but it is still rather disturbing where Fuji is heading in term of their positioning .

I also don't understand. Apple also don't charge premium for rose gold iPhone 6s plus.
So I end up getting the black instead of graphite silver thought it is nicer.

I'm really sorry and I just checked , Amazon Canada is selling at US1699.

If it's in Canadian dollars , that would mean it's only SGD1682. (SG dollar is stronger) , even cheaper than a X-T1 set.

Anyway, USD1699 means SGD 2445 and with 7% GST it's SGD2618 assuming one pays zero for freight over to SG. & there's no free gifts at all , no pwp nothing.

If Amazon Canada is indeed selling the XPro2 for CAN1699, pls include me in the preorder too for 10 sets.

No worries , it's covered by warranty if u get from Amazon Canada. The service might take longer that local sets due to verification but it's indeed covered.

One thing i noticed with X-Trans III is that the colors are indeed different from X-Trans II. (and of course X-Trans II different from X-Trans I back then)

One from X-Pro2 with the XF18 F2.

I checked the Amazon Canada app, it is selling CND 1899 which is what ryanlio mentioned, not USD1699 u mentioned... Anyway Amazon Canada doesn't ship direct to SG so have to use forwarder. It's still about $22xx after factoring gst and some forwarder fees.
