The app I had for remote shooting seems pretty basic. How come the version u guys talking about seems to be able to do more.

How to download that app? Thanks !

Ya lo. I dun want any other mounts except PK mount. Haha... Happy shooting wif yr new lens.

hoped this lens will pair well with the camera lo.. havent seen any samples pictures of this lens with a7.. did you?

the said uwa possibly a 16-35/4

Likely... I don't there will be any fast lenses <f1.8.

Sony has stated they want to keep the form factor small.

Just give me an ultra sharp UWA zoom lens for landscape shots.

Anyone know where can I find a copy of Voigtlander 20mm f/3.5 Color Skopar II in PK Mount? Tks

Why? You like black corners?

Seriously, I had one when I shot Nikon a few years ago, and on my D700 it had vignetting issues and soft corners. It wasn't particularly sharp, either. I think photozone.de has a review of this lens that might be helpful.

But if you insist, try Fotofile or AV Camera in Bangkok. Their CV prices used to be cheaper than anywhere else, dunno if they still are now, though...

LOL!! :bsmilie: It'll look great . . . you won't even see those dark corners tonight.

Compare it with your CV 15 . . . bet you get better results with the 15mm cropped to a 20mm frame than with the 20mm!

Haha. Confirmed no magenta cast rite at this hour?

Color skopar series not the same league as their famous CV 12mm or 15mm. Not sharp enough and contrast not as good.

You might as well go for their 21mm f1.8 Asperical lens. Superb IQ and not far from Leica/Zeiss counterpart.

Supposed to be sharper than the Leica, and built like the famous 35mm f1.2II.

Wah bro. Tatz expensive leh. I poor man. Haiz.

hehe try in a brighter place with white lights/walls can see the magenta better

Bro, being an SLR lens it won't have any magenta cast anyway. But at f/3.5-4.0 it vignettes heavily. I just dug out a few shots with this lens on my D700 and bro ZoomZ is spot on about the lack of sharpness and contrast.

Yep, that's why CV lens fare better than the Leica ones. I still prefer m mount though, cause setup wise they are relatively more compact than SLR lenses.

Adapters for SLR lenses are like extension tubes.
