Feel like going to Changi Beach this Sat to catch the above rehearsal. Actually I'm only looking forward to the MIG-29s.

Any news if any 'special guests' will make a fly-by appearance? Past airshows had the B-52 and even a B-2 I think.

at carpark 07? 70-200 + 1.4x can reach?

First glimspe for fellow spotters.

wow, your shoots are good, where did you shoot them from? Tried for 2 days, 70-200 + 1.4x + 2x still too far >_<

Shot it on show grounds with a 150-500,

just a hint, all display aircraft depart ftom 20L and land at 02R. Work your position and you will have good close up shots.

wow...you are really up close =)

I was at the beach near Carpark 7, can't get too close also as the jetty blocked the view >_<

Welcome, Makinen and Montoya! Please share more photos.

not really, quite some time on SPP already, check out SWI with star alliance livery but no more bird logo tail.

Nice.
You mean they are retiring so soon after they are spotted with the new Star Alliance livery?

I think the 1 on SWI is the lastest from Star Alliance....maybe other Star Alliance airlines will follow the same instead of the conventional dark blue tail......

Hope i got the chance to spot that SWI...

A 5 years old airliner in SIA is equivalent to 80 human years. ;p

IIRC, most of the aircraft in their fleet are actually leased.

C-130, something different about this aircraft ?
