Grip wont be so popular for 6D because its meant to be small, light and travel camera.

Yeah. And I think a number of 6D owners also own a 5D3 or 1D series.

Hi Guys,

finally got some time to start playing with my 6D, i know we can set the ISO to 50 to 102400 ....
but i am more concern about the lower end ... ie ISO 100,
i have set m ISO speed on the settings page to

ISO speed range to 500-12800 and Auto ISO range 100-12800, ISO Speed - AUTO

the question is that when i am at AV mode, i cant set ISO 100 ??? the lowest i see is ISO D+ Auto ...
the next "click" is to ISO 200

are you guys able to manually set to ISO 100 ? even in manual mode - i see ISO D+ A

about $100 from ebay, fit and feel is pretty good. Design is almost exactly the same as the original apart from the mislabelling of the 2 buttons on the grip. the blue lables are no longer relevant as playback zoom is achieved with the dials and not the 2 buttons.

Ha... MF with the 24 ts-e? Or So dark that the 6D's -3ev centre AF point couldn't handle it?

The TS lenses are all manual focus only, this made use of the tilt function to get the DOF at right place...

took an event at night yesterday..
set up was 6D+24-105 + 580EXII

Many times, when i half press and full press, the thing doesn't focus and shoot. sometimes it does, but after a lag time.
the lag can be as long as 1-2 seconds..

im not too sure if it refuses to focus and shoot because my flash softbox was partially blocking my AF assit (but it wasnt totally pitch dark!),
or im not used to the 6D button (it doesnt have a distinct shutter half press as compared to my 400D).

anyone has any idea?
