TBH if you are looking for packaged cameras, look at the XXXXD and the XXXD series. XXD and higher hardly comes with free memory card, free bag and free tripod. Those freebies are really stuffs that are meant to target the target buyers of the entry level DSLRs where they would probably have a higher probability to use them. 6D is not your entry level stuff - buyers of such cameras, especially Full Frame, are expected to be usually upgraders who already had existing Canon gears and basic stuffs such as tripod, bags, dry cabi and memory cards.
If you're not an upgrader but just someone who goes straight into FF - Canon (and I) believe your wallet should be thick enough to pay for the memory cards yourself.

6D folks (and 1DX users), I've finally started my travelogue thread covering Paris first.(And then London when I get there). All shot with lovely canon equipment of course! Enjoy! The 6D was heavily utilised on the trip, if you guys were wondering. God send product!

These items don't cost much so I guess it shouldn't be the deciding factor for your purchase. Yes price will drop, if you don't need it now, can wait
