Exposure bracketing?
I try not to rely on post processing too much. Wana learn how to take backlit pictures using the exposure lock function. Search online but can't find any tutorial for eos 650D
New user reporting
Welcome... how do you like the 650D?
hello new user reporting in with a question; i took the cam to Switch(its kinda like timbre) and tried to take a self-photo of me and my friends using the touchscreen. however, no matter how hard i tried it would not focus =/ i'm guessing it's due to the poor lighting...how do u improve the focus in a dark light situation? ( i was in av mood; i might have missed the option to use the flash to focus? it was my first outing with it so i am still not used to the functions. haha)

Unless you want a cramped index finger, it's better to use a shutter release.![]()
Whole point of a remote shutter is so that your camera don't shake.![]()

TheLoneRanger said:hehe but if you use live view, you just need to tap the touchsreen to start the bulb...and tap it again later when you want it to stop! even has a timer on the screen. it totally blew my noob mind :bsmilie:
I'm gonna try it tonight hehe![]()
