It's ok lah we don't buy the camera becoz of the freebies. As long as the 60D keeps coming out with good shots and new firmware updates then its i'm happy liao.

If you looking for the normal soft type (like those used on mobilephones) then most camera shops have for 60D already... if going for hard type... then so far seems like only GGS and Hercules have for 60D...

I'm planning to buy a 60D but i'm not sure whether to get Kit II or Kit III.. I'm very new to DSLR.. Can anyone advise me ? Thank You Very Much..
I went straight for Kit III. It's a decent all-in-one lens.

Latte85 & Zues73: I won't be buying a new set of lens dat soon aftr I've bought the Kit Set.. Dat y I dun mind jumping to further lens.. But I heard dat the focusing is different for beginners to learn on 18-135mm & 18-200mm Kit Lens..
Hey 60D newbie, I have done a search however couldn't find. Where and how is a wireless shutter release fOr 60D? Both 3rd party or canon. I was quote $58 for 3rd party one. Pls advice.
I use RC-5 for both of my 60D and 500D ... if you just need to release the shutter, it is use able for your 60D, but for the bulb mode you need to press the button two times, also can not set the time ... ;P
In shooting in P mode indoors under flourescent lighting, I noticed that the flash does not automatically pop up. The other settings were set at auto or standard. So I had to either set the white balance to flourescent or set to full auto to ensure flash shoots to eliminate the flourescent haze. Does anyone know whether there a way to ensure flash shoots in "P" mode?

Anybody encountered Popup Flash failures in your 60D?

I have the same problem with you. I am also using 580EX II. I can't change the flash settings also.
I think we should better bring our cameras to the service center :dunno:

Ya..i would suggest u bring to CSC for a check, i have this problem right after i fix in my third party mertz flash. But dun worry its just that the metal connector in the hotshoe out of alignment. The engineer in CSC just use a small metal to pull up the clip in it. But i wont suggest u do it yourself though its a easy job. Anyway its free, only a hassle to bring down. They say because i use a third party flash so got this pro, now then i know even using original also got this pro. Wonder is it a common pro for 60D:think:
In Creative Zone modes, which P mode is in, need to press the flash button to pop-up the built-in flash.
