Canon 1 at $15 seems to be the infra-red 1... need to point at the cam to activate... :think:

Hi Guys, i am new to Clubsnap and just got myself a Canon 60D (first time in my life to use a DSLR:bigeyes for my own Christmas present too some photo of the fireworks yesterday and not too sure how the expert feel :sweat: about the shot. Hope to learn more and explore into the camera.

I want to enlarge but it said the filesize too big (>100kb), how to i get a big picture below 100kb? my current DPI is 350 and 350x290

i am also a newbie, just got my Cam only about 2 weeks back, check with friends and WEB, all has advice to use BULB mode, ISO 100, F10. This is what i use, but i noticed that the smoke is a problem. Once there is smoke, it is difficult to capture.

I also tried to capture the scene, but found difficult to adjust, need to send for critic. So as to learn how to perfect, rather than over or under exposed.

I always used f13 or f14 to capture firework with Manuel focus .. Once the firework smoke got thicker I will change f16 to capture ..

If u want to take longer shoot on fire work with u can used f16 ... Play with the setting .. Practice gain experience ..
